Systems that
hold together.
Independent technology consulting — platform engineering, automation, and data infrastructure for teams that need something built properly the first time.
Services
Four things I'm good at.
Platform & Infrastructure
Cloud and edge architecture, DNS, networking, and self-hosted systems. Migrations that finish without dropping traffic.
Automation & Integration
API and workflow plumbing between the tools a business already runs — less manual work, fewer places to make a mistake.
Data & Analytics
Instrumentation, pipelines, and reporting built to answer the question actually being asked, not the one that's easy to chart.
Fractional Engineering
Embedded technical help for teams that need senior judgment without carrying a full-time specialist on headcount.
Selected Work
Where it's been put to use.
Clover Health
Technology consulting engagement prior to joining the company full time — the work led directly to a permanent role.
Lola Vision Systems
Engineering and technical support for computer-vision product development.
Independent publishing & music technology
Long-running work across editorial operations, analytics, and the systems that keep a publication running day to day.
Working With
The Name
Harmony is a
structural idea.
Harmony is what happens when independent parts stay fully themselves and still work as one thing. It's a musical idea long before it's a technical one — but it describes a good system exactly as well as it describes a good chord.
The company takes its name from the house it started in, chosen by people who care about music, and about unity being something you build rather than something you assume.
Let's talk about it.
Short engagements, long ones, or a second opinion on something already in flight.
